Flexon Labs — Refund & Return Policy

At Flexon Labs, athlete-grade recovery is our priority. We engineer advanced at-home therapy systems designed to restore mobility and reduce stress on your body. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll work with you to make it right.


30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All charging cables, accessories, manuals, and protective materials must be included

  • A receipt or order confirmation must be provided

Returns that do not meet these guidelines may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.


Products Not Eligible for Return

Due to health and hygiene standards for recovery equipment:

  • Used or opened products

  • Smart cupping attachments

  • Consumable therapy pads or silicone seals

  • Replacement parts

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Gift cards or digital goods

Once red light therapy or cupping devices show signs of use, they cannot be resold and are therefore non-returnable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items that arrive defective or incorrect.

If inventory is not available, we will issue a refund instead.


Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or shows functional issues within the first 30 days, contact us directly.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video of the device

  • Serial number (if applicable)

Once reviewed, a replacement may be sent at no additional charge.


Return Shipping

Unless the device is defective or an incorrect item was shipped:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using tracked shipping

  • Flexon Labs is not responsible for lost return shipments

Packages sent without a Flexon Labs Return Authorization may be delayed or refused.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship.
If a tracking number has already been assigned, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be canceled.


Flexon Labs Warranty

All Flexon Labs devices include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear

  • Misuse, drops, or neglect

  • Water damage (unless rated water-safe)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal degradation of silicone or pads

If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it.


International Orders

For customers outside the United States:

  • Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer


How to Start a Return

Contact our support team with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/video if the product is damaged or malfunctioning
